Dr. Szebeni is an expert in the field of complement research. His work has resulted in significant advances in the field, the publication of many research papers and presentations at various scientific forums. He also coined the term Complement Activation Related Pseudoallergy (CARPA), and is editor of the book Complement: Novel Roles in Health and Disease. His work in the past has encompassed a range of topics including liposome based blood substitutes, HIV pharmacotherapy, and bone marrow transplantation. He has spent most of his professional career in the United States. |

Peter Krajcsi, PhD |

Dr. Krajcsi has extensive experience in biotechnology. In his academic career he has focused on three major topics (i) steroid receptors (ii) molecular biology of adenoviruses and (iii) apoptosis. For the past 8 years he has been working in R&D management positions for small and medium enterprises in drug research and gene therapy in Hungary as well as in the United States. Presently he is the Chief Scientific Officer of Solvo Biotechnology Ltd. |
